We had a 70th birthday party for my mom this past weekend.  We served all our favorites.  

Vanilla cake, with butter cream frosting, peanut butter peanut butter chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and our favorite bars.  We also had some banana pudding back there.  It was a lot of fun and everyone loved all the yummies!

Butter Cream frosting is so easy.  Just mix 2 sticks butter in blender and beat until fluffy.  Add 1 tsp of vanilla.  Slowly add in 4 cups of powder sugar.  Combine well.  Add cream a very small amount at a time to get the consistancy you desire.  

Homemade butter cream is so yummy!
